Here are a couple of pictures of Bobbin sitting on her "deck" perch in front of some of her toys.

If you search around the forum, I think you can find several threads that discuss what woods are safe and what are not. There are a number that aren't, so you probably want to read up.

Here is Scooter playing with a toy -- not quite what the manufacturer had in mind, I expect! I think this shot makes up in attitude what it loses in motion blur, but a more dignified version follows.

it did take her a while to figure it out. at first we would put the nut in the top part so all she had to do was spin the handle and make it drop. Once that was too easy we put the nut on the bottom and she had to learn to spin lift and lock it in place so she could get into the bottom compartment. that took a bit longer for her to get the hang of. but now its too easy =P we have two other smart toys for her so we can rotate them.

For my cute Monsters it seems that everything near they bird-land can be a toy :D

They don't want to sleep in their cage:

Some of them love to hide:

Clearly, I have defective budgies that would prefer to just pearch on something than play.

They'll push around their toys every now and again. But what they really love to do is hop from one side of the playgym to the other. Pigpen also likes to fly in circles around the room and shred newspaper. Bird with No Name will play with the bell every once in a while. But he's vain and will flirt with himself all day in the mirror.
