so were visiting family and theyve got a mimosa tree there- its currently blooming and i was wondering whether i could give it to kepler as he loves tearing flowers and leaves apart..

ive seen mimosa is classified as a safe wood according to several sources online but are the flowers? im not gonna give him any unless im 100% sure its safe.
:senegal: thank you in advance!

Sorry that it has taken me so long to get back to you on this, especially since I am not going to be much help at this time. My current listings show that Mimosa wood is safe for parrots but it does not list the foliage as being either safe or toxic. I guess that I will have to do some more research about this one.
