Sadly, all of the play stands I have seen are expensive. I got a really great deal on one from Craigslist once so maybe start checking there (if you are in the states). Lots of people make their own as well.

Making your own would be the best, just make sure that the tree branches you use are safe =D

My husband made the playstand in the picture I posted. It cost about $100 to make, but would have cost well over $200 to buy in a store or online.

I did a lot of research and it was made with material that is safe for the birds. We used the following material:
- hardwood dowels for perches
- poplar for the trim
- 1/2" thick melamine - birds cannot get at this to chew it with the trim in place
- Watson's food coloring for the perches
- Childrens non-toxic glue
- Any screws used are not accessible by the birds

if you got a handyman around they could probably whip up a pretty professional looking play stand if items you got lying around your home, perches...ladders bells off old toys....the spare lino plastic from renovating the bathroom ;)

you could use PVC pipe, the half inch stuff, but I think that's a little large for senegal feet. I'd love to just drill one sturdy branch onto a baseoard and have that be a playgym, but i have yet to find a decent branch.
