I originally bought it because it was way cheap on bird.com. No accounting for taste, eh? Although ours actually originally had strings hanging out the bottom as well, which I've since replaced with leather strips.

My son found a Lego piece in our Cockatiel's cage the other day. We can't believe he took one of my son's toys to his cage.

well my budgie plays with toys but not all of them so if i find a toy he at least plays with im happy to leave it in his cage.

my green cheek will play with almost anything not nailed down lol. His current favorite is a tie between an empty kleenex box and a plastic, castle shaped, shape sorter that he opens and shuts the door to and throw things out of the holes. He's my big weirdo...

Where's you get the castle thingy! Scooter loves anything that involves throwing stuff on the ground, especially if I will pick it up for him.

He is also currently enamored of the Kleenex box on my desk. It's not empty, but it's great to chew on and hide things in.

Actually, I found it at a thrift store for 25 cents! I do a thrift store run every few weeks looking at baby/toddler toys that might interest them.

Also, Jake has been known to conquer a kleenex box or two, without waiting for me to empty it:) Of course he is also known for popping keys off keyboards and stealing bobby pins when I am still wearing them

Papaya is obsessed with things that rattle too! One time I was rattling a toy with beads in it but she missed it. She accidentally bit a chunk out of my finger instead.

Mine like anything that rings, rattles, squeaks or crinkles. They like things that make noise and like to make noise while tearing this up and hearing them hit the floor.

Haha I have that same toy! It was given to me as a gift when I placed an online order and Malachite is obsessed with it! I only let him have it when I am watching him as I am a paranoid person! Don't know if I can post a video here but I will try.
