Strongly favored toy -- good or bad?

I have that toy too! Only ours has a piece of rope hanging out of the bottom. Rory and Tika like it, but it's not their favourite. It certainly gets played with tho. Rory's absolute favourite is a cat toy, a little red and white ball with a bell in it and holes thru it so he can pick it up in his beak and bash is up and down. He was also pretty keen on a scarecrow toy I made today for him. Has a big wooden ball head, some wooden disks, some small plastic chain for arms and legs, buttons for feet and some tufty twine hair. And because I made it with him out and wouldn't let him touch it, by the time I went to put it in his cage and jumped straight on it!
