Table Top Perch (cheap)

I've been wanting to build a little table top perch with a base that could be easily washed, apart from the perch or top section. I also wanted to make different top sections that would fit a universal base. I came across this flower pot tray as I was passing through the gardening area of the local store. (tray $3.00) This is for my pionus parrot.

Very nice, whats the blue material that you got on the tubing?

Nice - I have something similar for table tops (PVC tube and cafeteria tray) but I like the idea of pegs to put the pvc on (mine is glued down) and the extra bit that goes up to hang toys.
The material used is probably vet wrap.
