I posted in my other thread about how my Sun Conure chewed up a part of the Aviator in 30 minutes. viewtopic.php?f=22&t=6806
So, I contacted the company that makes the Aviator asking for tips on how to fix the harness. Instead of just giving me tips, I got an email from Steve Hartman saying that he is completely replacing the harness.
That was way beyond my expectations, and I figured I would let everyone know about how great the customer service is from this company.
