Toys for Cockatoo

Please suggest a very very basic object that will serve a toy for Jacob that he could chew in about a day. Something like the clothing clips on one of Michael's youtube videos.

Paper towel or toilet paper rolls.....with or without paper still attached

the man who was fostering mya drills holes in phonebooks and hangs them in the cages he said they work great,haven't tied it myself i need to get a drill first.anything they can rip apart is good though.mya also likes toys that make noise like bells, and her babble ball.foraging toys and puzzle toys are good for too's to keep them from getting bored mya enjoys one of her foraging toys even without a treat in it. she loves swings she runs and jumps on them.
