Now that I'm done showing off, I'd really like to add some more fun things to it. Skittles (
) is a shredder and a climber. I've been trying to be creative and save some money by making toys and stuff (as you can see) and I've been keeping an eye out for things Skittles seems to like to occupy himself with.I've found two things: cloth towels and jeans. In fact, I have two pairs of jeans that are almost hopelessly destroyed due to Skittles nomming on them while I'm watching TV, unaware. When we go to shower, he loves to climb around and hide in the towels while they're hung up until I put him on his little shower perch. After a shower, I'll put him on top of the towel in a pile while I finish getting myself ready and he'll just kinda chew on it and burrow into it.
So now I want to use these things to make toys, but I want to make sure they're safe. Anyone know if anything like that is dangerous or have any suggestions?
