How to stop a screaming and re socialize a 16 year oldparrot

My blue and gold hates my husband and everyone else. She's 16, I bought her as an egg. She slept with us for 3 years and was out most of the time. My husband's job took us to Brasil for 5 years and our daughter cared for her while we were away. During that time she spent most of the time in her cage as our daughter was in college and eventually added a cat and snake to the mix. When we came back she started attacking my husband. She can be sitting on my lap and when he walks into the room she jumps down and goes after him. If I'm out of town, he's her best friend. I'm afraid for the grandkids to be around her out as she goes after them as well. Don't know how to re socialize her and stop her afternoon screaming session. Any suggestions from anyone please?
