This is not my parrot but I saw this on YouTube and thought I would share:



His (her?) name is Chibi. Isn't he cute? I like how he scratches his head when he plays dead.

I want to know where the owner bought those props, especially the round discs at 1:40. They look like they were made for parrots because they have a tiny hole where a bird can hook the tip of its beak to lift up the disc.

OMG that is amazing and god help poor Ollie when he is better lol. I don't think I'd be able to achieve that with him though.

I asked the woman who posted the video where she bought the props. She said the disks @ 1:40 were custom made and not available commercially.

She said the props @ 1:18 were sauce cups for a lunch box and plastic clips from a stationary store.

In Japan they have an unbelievable amount of accessories for lunchboxes (bento) so I doubt you could find those products in a retail store outside of Japan. However, I did find an online U.S. bento store that sells something just like it for $2.50: Sauce Container set of 4. They are green cheek conure-sized at 1.4 inches in diameter x 0.85 inch deep.
