got myself another CAG

hello guys,
probably some of u still remember me from1-2 months ago...had a CAG, jazz, who died of some unidentified illness..anyhow just got myself another CAG some 4-5 days ago..n im sooo happy..
he/she (still gender is unidentifed) is 5 months old..n he is real friendly..he immediately started coming to my hands..kinds of runs for my arms n sometimes shoulders...probably the shopkeeper had been teaching him that..
though he is younger than my previous one, he has started to take short flights, obviously he cannot maintain the flight, but these are much more balanced than the ones jazz used to take...made me real proud n excited yesterday, when he made his first attempt at flying...

i just hope he stays healthy...im too scared n cautious this time...!! tomorrow i would be taking him for his first baseline checkup, n for new bird testing..!! wish me luck:)

Congratulations on your new CAG! You took very good care of Jazz even though his life was so short so I know your new CAG will have a good home with you. Hope to hear lots about you and your new bird!

Congratulations on the new grey! Where did you end up getting him/her? As I recall you didn't have a lot of options for where to buy one...right?
