i like to leave my curtain open so bandit can see outside, it started raining and the window was closed but he started acting like he was having a shower, it was cute as so i started misting him with a spray bottle

Haha! Now that must have been a sight :] My Elliot starts to make this certain sound he only does when showering and flails his wings around as soon as he sees the spray bottle, but he's never done anything like that when he's seen rain.

bandit is my W LB corella i just put up another post where you'll see a video of him. and the window near his cage is the one i was refering to.

Ahhhhh, yes, of course he would get excited -LOL- corellas breed at the beginning of the rainy season so the rain acts like an aphrodisiac to them (same as tiels).

its not winter yet but it's damn cold and has been raining almost every 2nd day and on the night that he was doing this it was pouring down. next i'll get a video of him showering in his aviary in the rain, he loves it
