Some recent photos of my birds

So I've been taking quite a few pics recently and I thought I'd share some with y'all!

















And last but not least, this adorable shot from this morning:

Miley's in a temporary cage in the bird room right now, and Meg flew over to it to ask for a piece of apple as soon as I let the Ringnecks out this morning, before I had managed to put the cover on Miley's cage (because I don't want any fights or toe biting)...
I thought Miley would be so mad there suddenly was a big, yellow, screaming thing above her, but nope. She seemed to think it was quite a nice visit actually, and even looked like she did indeed want to share that piece of apple Meg came for.
(I put the cover on as soon as Meg had gone - better safe than sorry, especially with Miley. You never know with her!)

It's just a bunch of European blueberries (bilberries), and a rowan/mountain ash branch with fruits.
We get lots of different berries at the end of the summer, and I mostly just cut off the branches or the small bushes and hang in the birds' cages and the bird room and let them pick the fruits themselves. Both healthy and fun, and all of them seem to actually prefer picking their own berries rather than having them served in a bowl.
