This is my beautiful bird...I need all the advice and help I can get...She's 11 and this is my first Parrot her name is Sweetie

she's an amazon looks like a blue front. give her pellets, fresh fruit and vegetables to eat. my first was an amazon too.

I don't recommend pellets for any parrot but less so for zons which require less protein than other species. I recommend gloop or chop accompanied by a vegetable, a fruit and a leafy green for breakfast and a very small portion (less than 1/4 cup) of a cockatiel seed mix (try to find the ones without any black oil sunflower seeds in it) and a nut about three times a week.
