Wow, really cute. What's that a moustached parakeet?
I'd be careful about taking him outside without a harness though. Small birds tend to get carried away by the wind or if they're spooked even when clipped.

Gorgeous! I wish Psittacula species were more common in Sweden, they're all amazing. Tikki is adorable!

Parakeet is not an ornithology word, it's just a generic word describing psittacine species that have long, tapered tails (the word 'parrot' is used for psittacine species with short, blunt tails). It's mostly used for Asian and African species while 'conure' (meaning the exact same thing) is used for American species.

Thanks for the concerns about losing her but we have a nice canopy of palms, large fenced yard, and her wings are clipped.
