I also happen to think that they are very beautiful if in a very subtle way... but people tend to go with the flashy look of the macaws, sun conures, etc. and, of course, if you compare an ARB hen to them and only go for the obvious, you would find them lacking. But, what you call 'orange', I call 'tan' :D To me, orange is what sun conures or jendays have.

Yes, you are right it is not quite orange but it is definately a peach color. i cant see it as tan because it has too much orange in it. I know there is a sub species that is not as bright. She is the most deeply colored red belly female I have seen and the breeder I got the Meyers from had a few Red Belly Breeder Females and they were not as bright as her. This picture is very true to her color although i am not sure all monitors will see it the same.

Awwww, such a pretty lady! My Isis is also very beautiful - and the best little girl anybody could hope for! So much so that my husband, who doesn't like parrots, adores her. But I wish I could find her a mate.... I've been looking for a year or so already but none have shown up that needed adopting.

Yeah, I have found mankind is not always in harmony with nature. Its seems we are the only thing that isnt. Are you sure we are even from here?

Well, I always say that my mother must have impregnated by an alien without her knowledge and I was the fruit of such union because Lord knows I don't understand human beings. But, unfortunately, I look a lot like her 'human' husband so there goes my theory...

Yeah, me too. I feel more comfortable with animals than I do with people... not that I don't like people because I do! I also have a LARGE human family and love them to pieces - especially my grandkids! (In my book, the order is: grandkids, birds, dogs, cats, and then come the children and husband -LOL) But, although I have A LOT of patience with animals, old people and children (my children say I 'spoil' the grandkids with it), I have very little for grown-ups.

I am not sure that I agree that they don't judge you, but when they do you can be certain that it is based on your actions and you are free to change those as you will, they don't prejudge you, in my opinion. They are also extremely fair and very forgiving of our errors.
