New baby conure 'Archer' playing with his new jingle-ball!

Meet Archer! My 9 week old GCC and first bird , demonstrating how to play with a jingle ball, he started off a bit wary of it but quickly changed his mind when he saw me enjoying it, today he well and truly got down to business, rolling and chasing it (and trying to step up onto it)

Sorry for the random video cuts, a good length of the video was him chewing the ball or one of us rolling it and him running after it,

He sure is! He now loves to watch me shake it and then roll it across the floor so he can chase after it in my hand and tug-of-war it off me (He always seems to win, I think he's cheating!) and shake it about himself, I hope to get him one without a bell in that I can put treats inside so he can roll it and get whatever falls out!

I moved his cage to the other side of my room before this video and since then he's been much more interactive at play time and he doesn't crash around and pace anymore

Ollie used to do that too but he started getting carried away and it quickly turned into aggression. We had to stop playing with him in that way for the sake of our fingers..
