I forgot to mention but Blu is starting to become very trusting. He is letting me scratch his head which might not sound like much but its a huge step for him :budgie2:

That is great. A lot of budgies tend to be a bit on the skittish side especially when it comes to peoples hands.

Thank you so much Wolf and Pajarita. I got home earlier and oh man where they happy to see me lol. Connor was screaming and Blu was climbed up his cage and sat there looking at me like Oh my word is that him!? It is great to be home with them.

Yes, it is. I am not a person prone to depression but, of course, just like everybody else, there are days that are not as happy as others but all I have to do is walk into the birdroom and my day goes from gray to bright and sunny!

Even on my worst days my birds can brighten my day and that helps me so much that I don't have the words to say.

So Connor discovered if I am whistling he can stick his beak right in the air stream and open and close his mouth and move his tongue and it makes funny sounds haha
