60yo Amazon getting ready for the final departure

I would love to have a Sun Conure, but I live in NC, which is all the way across the country, so that is out of the question. Still if you can find a place for him keep us informed on what is going on with him.

Charlie found a home... i think maybe he was a christmas present for someone. of course i do not know where he went, but i cross my fingers that he went to a good home. conures are real easy if you don't mind noise and like a velcro bird, i have found. i;m sure charlie is doing well. everything they do is cute. they are even cute when they are fervently destroying your laptop in less than a second:



i wish i took the video of her ripping them off and throwing all the keys into the air, which she did right afterward. it was hilarious.

i don't what happened with the amazon... since i broke my shoulder i have been stuck at home most of the time. but i do plan to go back over there and try again. i would love love love to take him. i can be very patient and wait for him to settle. i will post back with more info if i am able to make it over there.
