I am not familiar with the layout of your house but if the quarantine period is now over, it would seem to me to be time to look for a place to move their cages upstairs where they can get some sunlight and fresh air. Most basements tend to be a bit damp, with not much natural light or fresh air, at least in most of the ones that I have seen and therefore not the best places for birds.
Regardless of my thoughts, you did try to do the best thing that you could as most household chemicals are very unsafe for birds. So you did good, thank you.
It will take them a little time to get used to each others presence, so I would consider asking when they might be able to be moved upstairs, and then you must all work together on time out of cages until they accept each other in the upstairs area. I am actually probably overstepping my bounds with what I have said as I don't know what the plan was or is as far as them all being upstairs. So it might be smart to find out about that first off. Fajr is probably a bit hormonal still as it is still breeding season and he doesn't really know Clover or Lemon although he is aware of them.
