yes she steps up with out asking. but she does it only when she is not on her cage ( on the ground, bed sofa, etc.) she used to do it for no treat but that was only because i gave her sun flower seed after she did it did that three times then she would run to my arm but we ran out of sun flower seeds.

I don't have tis account and can't see the pictures.
What about using a different treat, such as pieces of a nut, fruit or vegetable? I am sure that if you think about it a little that you can come up with another item that she likes well enough to use as a treat as most birds like several different items enough to consider.

im looking for treats / fruits and stuff they love. for lemon i say we could use apple. for clover... im going to have to keep an eye on her to see what she loves. sometimes i give her a bite of seed out of my palm as a treat and it works. as for a scratch as a treat.. i tried but it resulted in her nibbling my nails and giving me a very bad manicure >U< she is used to lemon scratching her but once when lemon refused to scratch her she let me but only lightly and gently.

Perhaps the easiest way would be to put a few very small pieces of the different things that you know she likes on a paper plate in separate little piles and see what she chooses to eat first as she will normally eat her favorite things first. Then reserve that food for a treat and not part of her normal foods.

ok but not on a paper plat i'll do it on the table after cleaning it. ( she is very scared of cups, bowls, plates, spoons, sticks etc.) she :flapping: away from them im getting her used to them. also, lemon he bit me after stepping up on my arm then clover stepped up only because lemon stepped up.she has been very wary of stepping up since that one day i think monday when my mom was spraying a chemical to clean the floor of marker stains (to measure the carpet.) from a long time ago so my immediate reaction was to get the birds out of the base ment and as far away from the basement as possible because it smelled like something you keep pets away from so i tried and failed in getting the birds to step up and i didnt want them sick so lemon i got im to sep up by putting my arm in front of hima and stroking his back and clover coaxing her with treats. but when she fiured out she wasnt going back in the basement to her cage she has been wary of stepping up since that day. i bring her out of the basement more often showing her that she will eventually go back but she doesnt like it upstairs because fajr ( the yellow sided green cheek conure) has attacked her and lemon. she pecked him on his head once or twice which was kinda funny considering fajrs surprised expression. but how can we get the birds to be friend so she can look forward to coming upstairs ( i know it might take a long time but i just want them to be friends) so i am waiting for suggestions! :swaying:

It takes both time, close monitoring and timing. Time because, obviously, they need to get used to one another so as to accept each other as flock members (Fajr has been there the longest and, as far as he is concerned, both Lemon and Clover are 'strangers' who don't belong in his flock). Monitoring because you need to watch their body language very closely and be prepared to intervene by distracting the one that looks ready to attack. And timing because there are times that are better than others -like at breakfast and dinner time when everybody is more interested in eating than bothering another bird.

I am not familiar with the layout of your house but if the quarantine period is now over, it would seem to me to be time to look for a place to move their cages upstairs where they can get some sunlight and fresh air. Most basements tend to be a bit damp, with not much natural light or fresh air, at least in most of the ones that I have seen and therefore not the best places for birds.
Regardless of my thoughts, you did try to do the best thing that you could as most household chemicals are very unsafe for birds. So you did good, thank you.
It will take them a little time to get used to each others presence, so I would consider asking when they might be able to be moved upstairs, and then you must all work together on time out of cages until they accept each other in the upstairs area. I am actually probably overstepping my bounds with what I have said as I don't know what the plan was or is as far as them all being upstairs. So it might be smart to find out about that first off. Fajr is probably a bit hormonal still as it is still breeding season and he doesn't really know Clover or Lemon although he is aware of them.

Not without her being in a cage or wearing a harness or flight suit as this is how most birds are lost, it is far too dangerous for your bird.
I am glad to hear that your basement is better than the ones that I have been exposed to, that makes me feel much better about where they are. I can't interfere in how your home functions, that is for you all to work out. But it does take time to introduce these birds to each other and the timing can be an important factor in doing this as well as close supervision.
