Captive-bred more flexible than parent-raised once released? Interesting news for the conservation efforts of parrots, don't you think?

Yes, especially for species like the Sphinx, for example, that only nest in very specific trees which are almost non-existent nowadays because they need to be super old ones (and we all know about the degree and range of deforestation going on nowadays).
