Awesome! :D I was honestly kinda concerned there. I was like: "Oh gosh, she's feeding a lorikeet dry food!"

I'd still love to see how colorful Tilly has become, though. :D

Sorry so long no updates.. Scoolwork is really keeping me busy, lots more work than last year in this new curiculum. Also I have to write memorise, record and present a monologue by next thursday. yay  I really hate being recorded so I am reeeeaaaallly not looking foward to that.
Tilly is as cheeky, sweet and occasionaly moody as usual. And Shrek is begining to let anyone pat her through the cage with me present, so things are certainly improving behaviour wise.
Sorry if I am making heaps of spelling mistakes (atleast it isnt a subject for me anymore  ) I have had a HUGE amount of work to have done today and im exausted
I got allot of good pictures on my camera of shrek (well, like 5) the other day so now I just need to transfer them to the computer and then email to my Ipad, I will do that sometime soon.. Just feeling sluggish.

A week ago.. (PRETTY BRIGHT! NO?)

I can see her colours becoming more vibrant, I dont have heaps of photos and with no app I couldnt collage them like I wanted :(
Anyway, the pictures might not show it great, (and my clothing in the second one and the darkish room mase her loom flurecent  ) but can you see she has gotten brighter?
Edit: hmm, looking back at those pictures, she looks just as bright in all of them  oh well!

Today while we were volonteering, a rainbow lorikeet had come near our house (presubably to talk to shrek who is positioned at a window, because she has converations with wild lories..) and the dogs got it.
And at volonteering I saved a lorikeet who wasnt strong enough to fly (still some feathers clipped) and had been released into the main aivery.. now this lory was so energetic, licking me all over hoping around like a goofball last week when it had been recently released. This week it was so tired, half dead and gladly lapping the dirty water we tipped onto the ground. I realised it wasnt strong enough to fly up onto the tabble and eat... and even if it could at first, It was probably being picked on by everything else. So I scooped her up and took her inside while she drank nectar from a cup (she had stress bars on her feathers and everything.) And now she is in Shrekies old cage.Oh how I wanted to take her home, the owners would of let me too. You can se her breast bone and everything, I just how they fatten her up and make sure she can fly this time (and use the 'get ready to release' aivery for a while so she can get strong wings) before releasing her.

It was, I felt so sorry for her! She could hardly even stald let alone walk.. Aww it is so hard not to bring them all home!
And the one I really want to bring home is a very aggressive pale faced rosella (guess I just feel sorry for her) who is in a cage once again because she escapes the aivery through a hole somewhere, and sticks around (but if she wanted she could fly free.) But it isnt much of a life for her in a cage (as big as Tillys and Shrekies) after being in a humungus aivery, and being one of the most dominant birds. She acts so cute and sort of like she is wanting to be with you and then once she is close enough !BAM! you have lost your fingers
Sorry, Haha, a second ago I was talking about Till-Bird than Shrek and now all the other birds I want  , I couldnt do it to Tilly anyway, she would get so depressed, so I dont know why I am even typing this.

Oh, Tilly has made up a new phrase! I thought all this time she was saying cookie (goo-gky) but today she said it when I was kissing her head and she has actually made up the phrase 'good-kiss!'
I have no Idea why I thought she was saying cookie, because no-one in this house says that.. we sy buiscuit and buiscuits are kinda rare anyway so..
But I cant beleive how amazingly clever she is!! She was enjoying me smooching her on the head with kissies and said in an adorable sing-song voice 'good-kisss'!
I am so amazed by how smart she is to put together the good from 'good girl' and 'kiss' ! (well I know how smart she is, but I was not expecting her to do that!) Tilly is such a cutie!!!! So perfecta!

I would say off the top of my head that you are typing this because you have been blessed/ cursed with a caring heart and some of these things are so frustrating and maddening that you must have some way of releasing and sharing these things for your own sanity.
