Rocko flew away

Postby ParrotsForLife » Sat Jun 18, 2016 12:50 pm

Rocko flew away while in the park and he was chased by a Blackbird and a few other birds but I think maybe the blackbird was stopping Rocko from going too far and he flew into lots of trees and nettles and I jumped the gate and was looking for him and the blackbird was near me and I was calling Rocko and I heard him but couldn't see him and the Blackbird was still there and then I heard Rocko moving in the trees and I got him.I got stung by lots of nettles.Thought I lost him.The Blackbird stayed there until I got Rocko down from the tree and then he left so I think he was helping.I honestly have no clue how the leash wasn't even attached to me I was just pushing my sister on some thing and he flew and the blackbird behind him and then other birds at the side and I ran after him.

That must have been so scary. The cord is fairly slippersy on those harnesses and you may have to attach a clip to it so you can move around without loosening the way you attached it to yourself. i am so glad you got him back. The blackbird may very well have been helping, prey species will often help another prey species.

He was wearing the Flight suit and I usually have it around my neck but its like it just magically detached itself from me or I forgot to put it back around my neck and it was just hanging freely.
