I could never figure out if my demon bird Kiki Senegal was a vampire bird with ghoulish tendencies or if she was a ghoul with vampiric traits. Back when she spent so many months biting big chunks of flesh from me the chunks disappeared down her gullet and then she would come back to open those places to lap up the fresh blood.

You humor makes my days. Rickybird's thread is the first I read.

Wolf, there is a small bird, if I remember right it is a finch, that live on the blood of sea birds. They were blown to an isolated island with no other food source for them. They break the skin just above the tail and suck blood. It almost looks like the sea birds are used to it.
Maybe Kiki heard about it and just had to try it.
