I make chop everyday for my birds. It has frozen mixed veggies, greens, frozen and fresh fruit as well as sprouts. They get it along with fresh water and pellets at 7 am and I take out the chop bowl at 6 pm. My Eclectus only gets fresh foods so he will get two large bowls a day.
Brandon, you just have to make sure that your ingredients are freshly chopped and add some frozen to help keep it fresh longer.
