Welcome Home

Postby ParrotsForLife » Fri Dec 16, 2016 6:57 pm

New member of the family, he's DNA tested Male and he's so calm and already eating and likes everybody. He will love his new home he's gorgeous. He is sleeping now he's so tired and needs his 12 hours sleep and he was growling a little too and the breeder said he can be stubborn and the breeder did let him do whatever he wants but he's been less stubborn since he got here and was already playing with his new toys etc, The one time I actually wish for a Female and he turns out Male and guess what his sibling was Male too lol. Also his parents breeding was unexpected but I have to say he did a brilliant job for a man that wasn't planning it and the Parents looked super healthy.

Congratulations Brandon , remember this is the honeymoon period , try to let him settle in and get comfortable and used to his new surroundings. Keep him on the good food if he's already eating it. What's his name ? BW. P.S. Can't see much of him just his proud papa

I had a Lilac Front called Oscar - he died because of a bad diet so be careful about that. Remember he is a baby and needs two kinds of soft food served fresh and warm every day.

He's now eating some Broccoli, Carrots, Sweet corn and peas and he tried orange earlier and when we go shopping then I can get more veg and fruits for him to try.Sorry to hear about your Oscar.
