I can see the video. It’s a sulphur crested stuffing pellets under its feathers. I’ve seen birds do this before. I don’t know if they’re trying to transport them, or not.

Is it possible that the bird doesn't have access to a bowl of water? A lot of people have the unfortunate habit of giving their birds a bottle to drink from, something completely unnatural for a parrot... Is it possible that the bird is overly hormonal and has nothing else to use as chewies or nesting material? Is it possible that the bird does not get its food at the right times or the right kind of food? Cockatoos need A LOT of raw produce and to eat at dawn and dusk.
