well yeah i do try to seperat the seeds but i make just as much mess as Bobbi when i do :?
any tips?

Ahhh, yes, but that's because there is a trick to it. Cut the pomegranate in half and put them in a large bowl filled up with water, then, keeping the halves under the water, break them in smaller chunks and separate the seeds from the white stuff. You will see that the seeds, once completely clean of the white stuff will sink to the bottom while the white stuff will float. Once you get them all done, simply drain the water with the white stuff and serve the seeds. Voila! whole seeds and no stain on your hands or mess anywhere!
