No kidding? Mojo started or yet to start terrible twos? When did you get Mojo? I got Kili Sept 18, 2008.

No terrible 2's yet! Actually he's been very sweet and quiet lately, might be the rainy weather we're having. His actual hatch day is July 3, 4 days before my birthday ;)

You have to be kidding me! I had to check back through my e-mail but I picked Mojo up on September 18, 2008. His flight was scheduled to come in at 5:50 PM. They wanted to send him on the 15th but that day didn't work for me.

So we've had our birds for the same length of time... now I'm rather embarassed for the quantity of tricks he knows compared to Kili...

Happy birthday Kili!

lol, I don't think any 2 year old parrot knows as many tricks as Kili. Nothing less than absolute obsession (lol no offense Michael - but you undeniably are obsessed!) would allow a parrot to know that many tricks! I don't see why you'd be embarrassed at all! I'm sure you're still way above average. =)

I do hope that you have trained her for free flight.

As I'm sure you know even the most house trained parrot can be startled and fly off.

This makes me wonder... do Senegals have a regular breeding time? Pippin was hatched in October but most people I see have Senegals who hatched in the Spring.

Found this while googling breedinghabits:
One is lucky to find a Senegal chick anywhere near Christmas time due to their seasonal breeding. Senegals usually start laying eggs in November and go through May, laying two clutches. Where breeders are located indoors, there may be a few pair who lay at odd times of the year.
