Budgie chronicles

This topic is usually related to the viewtopic.php?f=11&t=2030 one because it's often two sides of the same coin...
Preface:After I first got my parakeet he got used to me and decided to assert...something by
showing he could climb all over me...he seemed to like my nose as a perching spot(when I'm sitting, otherwise he aims to go to my shoulders). And we had some good times and some trying times,,which have made him not like me grabbing him...

So lets start:
Also as I've previously stated in the topic above I usually make a mistake as soon as we start getting close :sigh:

Anyway...2 days before I recently dropped him by accident,he was in a active mood and wanted me to take him to a window where he could hear the birds outside chirp, chirp back and get some fresh air(i guess).
He was chirping for me, and I stopped eating, leaned over and looked at him, when he made a meek, sorta asking "if it was ok" type head motions to go to the window(there's nothing to perch on at it and he usually ends up hanging on to the top paneling there when he flies to it),so I picked him up and took him there right away unlike usual where I atleast try to finish what I'm doing, like eating food before i do(since I end up standing there for about 30min or so).

At the window he chirped for a while and got responses and was happy about it and jumped about on my hand and such..then,satisfied he turned his attention to me,and motioned to go on my face. I let him and he walked on to my mouth and started to make vomiting motions to the tip of my nose and fluffing up, ready to toss up some seed :D.

: He did this before when I was experimenting with cooked millet and was passing the slightly mashed feed to him from my fingers like how birds feed each other(I still do this to introduce veggies when he wont even try them), and one day after I managed to get him to eat happily that way, while I was watching tv, he climbed down my shoulder and moved to that hand, which was resting on my lap; and gave me some soggy bird seed right into my fingers from his crop as a present like he would to another bird or rather a friend ^^.

I think after being with me for so long he realized that my mouth was on my face, and being a parakeet he must have assumed my nose was a beak and tried to give his thankyou present to it, I could only let him, by bobbing my own head back and thank him after he spitup above my lip. We managed to have a good day that day.

we spent about 6 hours together yesterday...and it was fun...mostly watching tv and me chasing after him cause he seemed dead set on flying into the kitchen, then circling it,realizing there was nothing in it and coming back to me...over and over again...

-------------[Edit:Mon,7/12]-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
He somehow managed to get his Jingle bell into his water bowl...had to clean both...I think it should safe to drink from it since it was only there for less than a day,and I was able to clean it.

He wouldn't let me go anywhere, kept flying to me whenever I tried to leave the room, even to get a glass of water or soda, normally he's just chirp for me,and as long as I answered,he keep chirping;if I didn't,he'd fly around the house(possible looking for me,though I think he gets distracted too easily in the search). But it was ok, I didn't have anything to do that was dangerous for him,and despite a bit of distrust for my fingers cause I had to grab him to pluck a oddly plump blood pin feather.(I think he might have damaged it while breaking others because it looked like it was about to pop,and it seemed to hurt, he didnt even like my hand on that side above his head, let alone get close.) We had an ok day
