I'm giving her a bit of apple =) and the tubes are really fun, I'm using one of those postal tubes with a 3" diameter

Is the audio out of sync or did your parrot teach you to say "turn around"? Nice job though.

lol, I never really bothered with verbal commands when I first taught her tricks since it was just a chill, fun activity for us to do together. so now I just say it out of habit
as for the tube, with another species I probably wouldn't give them one (like my hormanol 'tiel would of never gotten one!) but she has a blast running through the tube and she has never been territorial or anything when using it plus I always moniter her behaviour around it to see if anything changes. maybe I'll take it away during springtime or something, especially since I don't really know if she's a guy or a gal yet (I'm notoriously bad at guessing these things- my so called male cockatiel laid an egg)

What a cutie! That's such a beautiful name for your little one, and you could probably watch her play in that tube all day! I want a tube for my tiel, and that may be a good option to first teach him to run through the tunnel~
