Taco is right... they do all jerk that severely when they are feeding each other. They form a suction between them and then the head bobbing ensues! I'd venture to say that it is actually Allegra that is exerting all of the force and making it look like it is Charlie. The babies pump their heads like that.

This is what it looks like. Sorry for the quality and framerate but it was recorded using an IP Webcam, so no Audio either.
The male goes underneath the female so he can access her vent. There is no penetration, they just contact each other and he passes on his sperm. This isn't the full length video but you get the idea
