a funny thing happened at work today....

So I am at work today and I had to go to the house of a victim to follow up with some questions....The older sister answers the door and holding back the family dogs says come on in....So I go in with my partner, and ask if her sister is home. she says yes and calls her....I hear a female answer, "hello" I say Hi, while looking around to see if she is on the couch....nothing, I hear her again, "hello" and I again say Hi and then look to my right and there she is......a blue headed amazon, named Fred, saying "hello" Cheeky guy!! We had a great conversation until the sister finally came downstairs!!

Its an omen, I am sure.....Maybe it means that my fr*&%king bird is going to come home soon!!! maybe...

Cute story! Amazons sure do love to make their presence known. My Amazon will say 'Come in!' or 'Hello!' when people knock on the door. It's really cute except for when we're not home and my friends think I'm telling them to come in but the door is locked
