ow do you shrink the pictures like i have to upload it from "my pictures" in microsoft word and it was way to big so how do you shrink it to the appropiate pixels?

Hey Michael,
I actually just received the harness this morning in the mail and that picture with it on was from this evening. His wings are clipped but I figure with dogs sometimes on the beach it is safer to have it on The others were taken in my yard so I don't usually feel the need to put one on him.
