Yeah Tenchi's whole face will become white with age, you can already see his mask developing in the pictures. Kind of looks like a scruffy teenager with acne right now lol!
We think Ryo is female based on behaviour but because of the colour checking wing spots is pretty hard (yellow on yellow lol) so been advised to watch for the tail feathers growing in (as she lost a bunch whilst at the store). The last 2 on each side are apparently the important ones...if they come back banded like before then it's female, if they all come back solid yellow it's male (don't know if you are aware they all start off banded but after their first molt males come back solid). 4-5 middle ones have come back in solid yellow but that 1 external feather she's dropped isn't big enough to tell yet!

We are based in Australia so it is great to see so many other breeds that we dont have here (or aren't suppost to have here as pets.) Sheldon is our Male Eclectus Parrot who turned 1 last monday. hope you enjoy these photos
