I caught a show on discovery a couple of years ago which covered "the missing link" and how they finally found the fossile they were looking for (it might have been a couple of years old, but not much more I think). I already knew the theory/fact that birds come from dinosaurs, but it was great seeing them finding the last proof they needed. The show was great, relating the evolution from different dinosaurs and how they eventually evolved flight (with the petrodactyls with their skin wings, and the "gliders" that eventually became our birds 
). If you havnt seen it already, I really reccommend it!
