Sorry, I missed seeing this yesterday, I was busy with other things, including helping my Lady to begin setting up a container garden.

Loved seeing your flock of birds. do they all interact together or are the cockatiels separate from the others? It appears that they have their own space and Kilaya and the conures have a different space.

I keep the conures separately from the tiels because the conures will not hesitate to kill all the tiels.

I thought that you might. I do not have any cockatiels but I know that they are very gentle birds and that even budgies are known to push them around. I did not know that the conures would just kill them, so once again I am privileged to learn something more from you, thank you

Beautiful birds and wonderful set-up! But is Kilaya always so cantankerous with the GCCs?

My friend is keeping a pair of ref fronted conures with 20 tiels in a small aviary. They live peacefully together. I don't know why my conures are so aggressive towards other birds.

My grey has never bitten any of the conures before. She tried to be possessive whenever I was recording them. She would chase the conures away. She wanted to be the main movie star. :D

They are all so georgious Erithacus! I also had no Idea that conures behaived in that way to teils. Then again Tilly would probably love to kill Shrek so.
I wonder if it is the same with Macaws and 'Toos?
May I ask what the coathanger thing was that the conures were playing on at 0:59, It looks entertaining! :D

You have such amazing footage and birds thankyou for sharing!

I wonder if the difference is in the amount of space that is available to them, Most animals are fine with each other if there is adequate space, but get more aggressive the more crowded they feel.

Do you want another story?

When my daughter moved in with me she brought cats with her. Her cats were mean to my little Fancy. I was watching one day when they set up an ambush to take her house and claim it as theirs. I could not believe what I was seeing and Bruce the dog was the only thing that saved her.

To claim my home as theirs they thought they had to get rid of the original resident. I gave them extra attention so they knew they could stay. Whenever possible I gave all the cats attention together. It took a while for the new ones to understand that I was not going to rehome them again.
