When my daughter moved in with me she brought cats with her. Her cats were mean to my little Fancy. I was watching one day when they set up an ambush to take her house and claim it as theirs. I could not believe what I was seeing and Bruce the dog was the only thing that saved her.
To claim my home as theirs they thought they had to get rid of the original resident. I gave them extra attention so they knew they could stay. Whenever possible I gave all the cats attention together. It took a while for the new ones to understand that I was not going to rehome them again.

My grey has never bitten any of the conures before. She tried to be possessive whenever I was recording them. She would chase the conures away. She wanted to be the main movie star.
Mabye they feel outnumbered?
