Omygosh so cute! BirdWoman your babies are georgous! The more I see of cockatoos the more in love with them I become...You have a very beautiful flock of babies, thankyou both Wolf and Birdwoman for sharing the photos with us all!
Question: the second last picture of your lesser cockatoo, his cheeks are so orandge! I am wondering if he/she is it a citrus cockatoo? <does anyone know if citrus and lesser are the same thing, or is citrus a different species or a mutation?>
Very very beautiful.

Thank you wolf sooooo much for posting the pictures for me. Please if anyone wants to know about any of the kids be specific about which one like Tilley and shreck were about LUMi my little girl lessor sulpher crested monster , as I don't seem to be able to view them myself. ( go figure ). Her little cheeks are probably a little more colorful cause I'm always pinching them and telling her how cute she is. ;) I'm not sure what pictures got posted as I sent several to wolf and I'm not sure what got through. I think it's time to update my I-pad. All my baby's are special to me and spoiled rotten , thanks for letting me share them with you. B.W.

Awwwww, beautiful birds! I see these beautiful plants in the background of the macaw picture, don't they destroy them, Birdwoman? Mine would chew them down to the roots in no time at all!

My birds know better than to touch my plants ! They are not left unsupervised unless there in the outside avairys and then I'm only an ear shot away. Sometimes I think I'm running a daycare center I'm sure those of you that have multiple birds understand .I'm a little over excessive with my flock and have all areas with live cameras so I can just check phone and tell what there up to. I can even scold them if I have too. 8-) I'm sure it's not much fun for them , you should see the looks on there little faces when they get scolded over the monitors. I love my kids so much nothing is to good for them. See I'll just keep babbling about them to anybody that will listen !!! bird woman

You TELL me the Rickeybird and this guy aren't related! See the picture below? They're twins!
This guy is a mascot at a local bar... he's quite well-cared-for, apparently.

 This is just too cute.
 RickeyBird

Practically twins!!!!
They would make a beautiful pair of pets, I really do think.

Well, you must be quicker than me because I was keeping my eye on Freddy walking around outside the birdroom while I was working in it and I must have taken my eyes off him for, maybe, 2 seconds but that's all he needed to bite a big chunk out of the edge of the top step of the stairs (my husband was not a happy camper about that  )

OH ! Don't misunderstand that's just my house plants they don't mess with , they think the rest of the house is there own personal chew toy . I rehab rentals so thank goodness replacing trim , door jams and so on is not a problem for me. I have repaired this house so many times , I'm going to do an all stainless kitchen and I've ordered several different sizes of stainless corner trim for counter edges, trim etc. I have no intention on being there little personal carpenter. I'm not much into the industrial look but the more I have to replace the better it looks. LOL PS. I never get mad at them for doing what they by nature are suppose to do , even though I'm sure they have done things out of pure spite before. ESPECIALLY WHEN BREAKFAST IS LATE !!!!!!!

No, I don't get mad, either. I am the mellowest person when it comes to little 'accidents' and I guess that is one reason why my grandkids love me (I let them do all the things their parents don't  ). I used to be into a perfect house when I was younger -you know, beautiful furniture, interesting stuff on the shelves, lots of books, wonderful area rugs, etc.- but, as I have gotten older, these things no longer matter to me. I still have the 'nice' stuff but, if it gets broken or chewed up, it no longer bothers me. My husband, on the other hand, is not like me and he complains about the parrots (and the kids and the dogs) 'accidents' all the time ("This is a FAMILY house - NOT a shelter!" "You spoil them! You let them do anything they want!") so I am always threatening him that I am going to leave him and get myself a bird/dog/kid-loving boyfriend instead

Bird woman, what a lovely bunch you have!! Absolutely gorgeous, especially the toos in the first picture (on the sofa). I can only imagine the tomfoolery and craziness you must deal with day in and day out! My late mother had a lesser sulphur-crested too, and he was a handful and a half by himself. I was just going to ask how you manage to stay on top of them and ensure their happiness and safety! That's amazing, what you do for your birds! Kudos. :)
