pet portraits

I know a few of you have had your birds painted. I found a painting of a nanday online a while ago and bought it right away to hang above charlie's cage. when i got my new bird, i contacted the same woman who painted the nanday and asked her if i could send some pics of my new bird and have her paint it too. she agreed and i received the painting today (i was very pleased!)

those are absolutly beautiful!! i have been thinking about painting Joey but havent yet. i still need a really good close-up photo from him before i can get started

I chose 8x8, on the smaller side but will fit perfectly in the spot I have planned for them.

those are really pretty! The one of allegra is really good it looks exactly like her really good!
