New Girl Has Arrived! - Need Name suggestions - Pics inside

Well she has finally arrived! She is a 3 month old female Ruppell's poi. I'm looking for name suggestions...

This is the first day. She actually likes being held in the towel.

She is georgeous! I know it is going to be hard to pick out a name but I can suggest a few:
Kaylee,Kellie,Chrissy or Calli.

As for names, since the breed is originally from Africa, some quick research produced some possibles you might consider:

Dalia (means "Gentle" in Tanzanian)

Alika (means "Most Beautiful" in Swahili), or Zalika (means "Well Born" in Swahili)

Akiiki (means "Friend" in Ugandan), as does Winna

By the way, my research also turned up an interesting find regarding Michael's Kili:

The name Akili in Swahili means "Bright, Smart". Happy coincidence? Or fate? Hmmmmmm...

My husband used to name all his birds after liquor (Tequila, Sake, Ronrico...) but we have an accedentally named "Scooter" (we waited too long and he picked up the nickname as his) and "Death Valley Scotty" 'cause we'd just got back from Death Valley and his cage seemed a bit like Scotty's Castle. Plus he's a bit his own bird, like Scotty, so Scotty he is.

No real parameters for a name. My brown head's name was random and fits her personality. She is very shy however once she is out of her cage and in a calm evironment she is fine. Only time will tell what her name will be I guess. I generally try to give names based on the personality, how long was it till he picked up scooter?

My brown head was actually accepting of her and shared her perch with the Ruppell's today, however that only lasted until the ruppells started to lose her balance and hit my BH with her wings..
