today I was feeding my new baby Senegal
how many times a day does he need to be fed?
he is 8 wks old

I think at 8 weeks I was feeding mine 3x, as much as it would take using a spoon. I was mixing a little thinner than the directions because that is what the bird wanted, but roughly 1 1/3 level teaspoon at each feeding.

This was about 7 weeks. I think?? Seem about the same size? This was during 3x day feedings, as well as millet and cockatiel food being available.
I had just had a "disagreement" with a red vented cockatoo who liked the way my finger tasted.
