I keep watching this video, I want a cockatiel baby SO bad. All of my birds are rehomes/adoptions/adults. I'd love to be selfish just once and have a baby all my own and I sooooo want another tiel. I am telling myself to stay strong because I am desperate for a GCC, and everytime I go to get one/make a move I come home with another adult (this is how I Juniper and Kokomo!).

O yes, you did! I don't know how many times I played it and I'm still sitting with my mouth open ;)
Capt and Josie you are making me falling in love in Amazons!
Capt, when Mickey will start to be jealous about those Tiel bambinos; when they'll will be weaned or later?
So far, it is the best movie with your fids- this one even beats Yellow Bird. Thanks and please keep recording... I loved it!

Falling in love with Amazons is always a 2 way street I read somewhere that they are not as cuddly and I must disagree I have them that stick their head down my shirt and laugh (disconcerting to say the least) they have an ingrained sense of humor and are very affectionate, and a bonus of not being nearly as needy as some of the other large parrots. Enough about my passion :hatched: :amazon:

For the most part as Captwest said the larger birds seem not to have any feelings either way about the tiels when fledging or weaned they show great interest in the feeding process and my newest love Mickey is sparked to mock regurgitate while watching. Jake is too much the Queen to be bothered by such meaningless creatures and miss Stacie loves to monitor the fledging with a hearty OWWWW when the young go to floor  . Thank you all for your interest and comments on my babies and flock
Birds can take you to unimagined heights.
