I have joined the ranks of POI heads!

Postby Mr.Darcy » Mon Jun 20, 2011 8:09 pm

I......um....., kinda fell for a Meyers. So I did the unthinkable and bought one!! He or she is only 5 weeks old right now but should be ready to join the family in late July......I never thought I would get more than one bird, but I figured with Mr Darcy I am already commited for 25plus years and caring for one is all the work so adding one more should be no big deal.....right???

here are the baby pictures....oh and a recent shot of Mr Darcy...

Marlies and Mr Darcy and most likely "Bingley or perhaps Wickham"

Great pictures! The babies are adorable, but Mr. Darcy is no slouch when it comes to cuteness either!

Just make sure you get your pick before other customers come and pick out the other two.
I was close to getting a GCC from her one time, I was first on the wait-list and she said she'd contact me. When she did finally have about 7 babies, she let all the later-inquired local customers come and pick out their birds. By the time she had contacted me, there were 2 left. I wasn't too happy with how I *might* end up with the least favoured one out of 7.
