Here are a few photos of Marty. He is my first bird I have owned, I have been hand raising him for just over two weeks now, he comes with me to work everyday. He has just started to fly so he is now in a cage rather than cardboard box! I came back from a few hours out last Sunday, to find Marty had escaped from a new larger box I got for him and was asleep on the bed! He is pretty clever already, he will come when you call him, and he recognises certain objects. He is about 6 weeks old now

Marty is preciouse. You gotta love such a helpless little guy. He knows where to sleep even if you didn't tell him.

Thanks He is a Peachfaced Lovebird. He is so sweet, he loves to sleep in my scarf when I'm wearing it, or in my pocket. He jumped in the sink today whilst the tap was on and gave himself a shower! Was not expecting that ha. He is pretty noisy though when he wants to be!!

If he wasn't noisy he would be sick.

You are lucky that he found an easy way to take a bath. Just be careful never to leave a full sink.
