You have a beautiful flock! I particularly love your Senegals and your Red-Bellied. I have one of each, so those 2 types of birds are very near and dear to me. I love my female red-bellied Lucy, but I love thered bellies on the males.

I'd love to have as many as you do - particularly I'd love to have an Amazon and a CAG, but know I could never give that many birds as much attention and love as they need/deserve.

Still working on Neo, we've had him for 5 days now. This evening he spent a little time with all of us Hoping to have him step up from his cage next.

Neo is a star! He is so beautiful. Thomas looks like such an experienced handler. Kudos to you for teaching your little guy how to be kind to the creatures.

I loooove the conure. So darn pretty. I don't let my guys sit on my head... well, Yoshi will try to get up there and pick at my pony tails but I always get him off. I don't know if when they do it, it's a dominance thing but it's the same with letting your dog jump on you-- no manners mean no acknowledgement of who is top dog. Not sure if it's the same with birds but I just don't like them on my head like that.

Anyway, sorry for the hijack!! Back to the subject--- I do love the sun conure, I wish they'd call it a sunset conure.

OshiYoshi, I find with parrots its rarely a "dominance" thing, with letting parrots on my head/shoulders is that I place them there myself and can take them off whenever I want, therefore I have control over the situation, not over the parrots themselves, I like to think that they listen to me because they respect me and I respect their space.
