How fragile their bones are. I wish everyone with a bird could see this. Maybe then more people would consentrate on nutritien and care.

I did not see Jello in the last picture.

OMG Jello sleeping is soooo cute!! I love sun conures... really want one.

I also have a x-ray of my Jo cos he was eating stones. They really do look fragile like that.

Jello had an X-ray because I thought he ate a small metal piece of my glasses... you can see the other piece below his foot used for comparison. It didn't show up in him, so either he didn't eat it (which, I'm 99% sure I saw him do) or he passed it... Either way, I was SOOO relieved! The Vet said they saw no signs of metal poisoning, and he got weighed and they did a poop culture while he was there... he had a great first vet visit!
