Hmm, does she take treats from you if you are doing something else than step up, or is it related to that particular instance? If so you could probably go back and do step up with the help of a targeting stick again to reinforce that its an okay thing to do =). Also, be confident and EXPECT your bird to step up, if you think it wont you have lost the battle ^^!

Yes she takes treats for the wings trick and turn around trick. Thanks for the advice cml I'll give that a try.
